Smart Material to Exhibit at ILA Berlin 2026 with NASA-Developed MFC Technology

Events

We are at ILA 2026

Smart Material will exhibit at ILA Berlin 2026, taking place in Berlin from June 10–14, 2026, one of the world’s leading international aerospace trade shows.

During the ILA trade visitor days from June 10–12, 2026, Smart Material will be exhibiting at its own booth in Hall A (Supplier Hall), Booth 140. As the dedicated exhibition area for aerospace suppliers, Hall A brings together innovative technologies, materials, and components for next-generation aviation and space applications.

Focus on Macro Fiber Composites (MFCs)

The exhibition will focus on Macro Fiber Composites (MFCs) – high-performance piezoelectric composite materials originally developed in collaboration with NASA. MFCs are widely used for applications including structural health monitoring, vibration control, shape control, sensing, and actuation in smart structures.

For more information about the technology and available product configurations, visit the MFC section on the Smart Material website.

Meet Smart Material at ILA Berlin

ILA Berlin brings together the global aerospace community, from OEMs and research institutions to specialized suppliers and technology partners. The event provides an ideal platform for technical exchange, new collaborations, and discussions around future aerospace technologies.

Visitors are invited to meet the Smart Material team at Hall A, Booth 140, to learn more about piezoelectric composite solutions and discuss their integration into demanding aerospace and industrial applications.
