Optimization of fill factor and rod distribution within the 1-3 composite structure for improved acoustical performance.
Electric impedance matching for enhanced energy transfer and bandwidth optimization.
Assembly of transducers with matching and backing layers, including the production of customized matching layer material properties.
Full production of interconnected transducers and arrays, assembly into housings with attenuating potting materials and lenses.
Production of radially or spherically formed transducer elements for specific application needs.
Electrical and electromechanical characterization, using Impedance Spectrometer and PiezoLab Software.
